Fantastic team, topics and projects, which are all state-of-the-art. CEO and leadership are ethical, competent, respectful, appreciative. Generous WFH policies. Flat hierarchies, team spirit.

Cons

Employees are encouraged to not work overtime and take ample PTO to recover. Realistically though, the workload, topic complexities and deadlines often require going overtime.

* Get to work on cutting edge technology * Brilliant and inspiring CEO that cares deeply about employees * Co workers are very talented and helpful * Excellent culture of innovation and teamwork * Very good benefits and compensation * Flexible work arrangements

Cons

I haven't been with the company very long, about 4 months, but haven't seen anything I would call a big negative yet. One thing is that there are a lot of different teams so the experience for new hires can vary. I am on a team of engineers that don't meet up regularly so I had to learn early on how to search the various collaboration tools for information. Other teams are run more like typical scrum teams with daily meetings.
