      Pros

      Truly, I have never worked at a place like NVIDIA. The culture is strong, morale is high, teams are supportive of each other, and employees love their work. I've never worked at a place with so many people who are truly passionate about their work and feel like they are doing their life's work. At NVIDIA, we are trusted and empowered to lead, make our own decisions, and choose the flexible way in which we work. We are taken care of by world-class benefits and compensation. People here are very happy.

      Pros

      We build the whole product - from IP, silicon, firmware, drivers, libraries to SDKs and whole applications. We are committed to a long term vision for each product line and we have the patience for the long haul. The expectations for excellence are pervasive throughout the company in all departments. NVIDIA hires great people - in every discipline where we work, we have world class experts and a deep bench. NVIDIA has a culture of help - nobody fails alone and we succeed together.

      The work and the pressure to succeed can be intense at times, but I would not have it any other way.

      -Cool products -Mostly great people (get some bad apples in there) -Respects your need for personal time -Good benefits (3 dental visits per year plus Lasik) -Great stock buy program -New office in Santa Clara is amazing (it's empty most of the time ha) with garage parking -Can work from anywhere

      Cons

      -Very long hours -Tight scheduling -Stress can be high -Slow advancement (very flat organization) -Low base pay adjustments (3-4% per year) -Stock is highly volatile -Organization of work can be confusing
