- Depending on the center you get, colleagues are nice and became after-work friends - Yearly salary increment is not too bad - Staff welfare - Training - Management tries to reduce teacher workload - Relocation

Cons

- Tons of paperwork - No work-life balance - Depending on center, sometimes Principal can be very demanding and you can't get along (reason why I left)
