Great work experience, and opportunities to learn skills. Get to travel the country following the tour.

Cons

Poorly paid, over worked, have to be available pretty much 24/7 from Feb. - Nov. and work 40-60 hour weeks when you travel. Not much room for promotions or any pay raises. They pay cheap and hire young.

Pros

Exciting atmosphere and great peers. Interesting environment to work in as well as a great part of town.

Cons

Heavy amounts of favoritism and negativity with my supervisor in particular. Complete lack of communication and sense of partnership. Some of upper management seem to think they are celebrities.
