Pros

If you are a NASCAR fan, obviously you will love working here. You get to travel a lot and meet a lot of cool people. It's a recognizable brand which is nice. They are really trying to diversify and become more progressive. The President and VPs are nice and personable.

Cons

The pay is really low. I found out as a minority woman I'm getting paid even less than others in my same position. It takes forever to move up in the company. The work/life balance is pretty much non existent. I've gone to HR about the toxic work environment regarding my boss and also about sexual harassment from a colleague and the most they came up with was to try using a safe word. The HR department is a joke. Some departments are not toxic at all - it just depends on your boss. There's never any money to be found when it comes to raises/bonuses/merit increases for the little people. But leadership gets promoted on the regular.

Pros

The benefits are great: medical, dental, vision, etc. PTO is relatively good. Free cell phone and plan is also nice.

Cons

Women, especially young women, are not promoted as quickly as men and not compensated as well as men.

Pros

Not very many pros I can think of other than the building is nice and you do get to work with the latest technology. Some very nice people to work with.

Cons

The pay is low they expect you to be on call and working 24 x7. Work life balance stinks. Very much a good ole boy club. Young and middle aged men are promoted easily and quickly. Very clickish if you don't fit in are a little nerdy you won't move up. No processes are followed if management wants it you better get it to them and they always want it yesterday. Salary is very low compared to industry and even lower for women. Some managers are allowed to act very unprofessional. A lot of discrimination is still quite evident and so glad to be now working at a place I am recognized.
