      Great product and friendly staff. Company that is Passionate about brand and product

      Cons

      Not very organised and everything seemed last minute. My induction and training process was poor. Bad bonus structure for managers and unrealistic sales targets

      Thank you for your recent review and comments therein; it's great to see that the passion for and support the company has for the brand and product development filters through all areas of the business. Naturally, it is disappointing for us to hear that your induction and training process was poor and our organisation could have been better. We do hope that you have had an opportunity to feed this back so that we can address what needs to be improved. In the same way, we regularly review remuneration, bonus and commission structures to ensure competitiveness within market and again would welcome specific feedback on suggested improvements for consideration going forward.

      Awful and Awkward Work Environment

      Amazing staff discount and a large allowance, this was great! Traning at head office

      Awful behaviour from management, frequently lied to and reminded that you are very much below them. Little to no thankyou when you help them and this is often. No support for mental health or consideration for what might might be going on outside of work. Constantly reminded by management that they have no interest in making friendships in work which creates a VERY awkward atmosphere and doesn't make you feel motivated to go to work. No room for individuality, everyone is forced to look/dress a certain way only certain make up looks or hairstyles are allowed, which I find old-fashioned for the brand.

We value feedback from our teams across the retail network and therefore are sorry for your negative experience but appreciate your advice to management, some of which is already work in progress such as making training available online. We also try to ensure that all of our employees are aware of the feedback and communication channels that are open to them whilst working with us and again are sorry that this was not signposted to you at the time. We do however appreciate your open and honest feedback now and wish you all the best in your onward career.
