toxic environment, corporate in HR is full of White women with superiority complexes. They hold you to expectation they cannot uphold themselves. Not well acquianted with labor laws in USA and that will catch up to them sooner than they think.

Great culture with Monica's own values at it's heart. A small business who strive to do the best they can for their employees and for their customers. The discount is great, the benefits are good and overall I'm very happy working here!

Generally an enjoyable place to work with beautiful products and friendly customers Excellent Customer Service offerings Great staff discounts and Bonus Good communiation and use of technology Most people in the business very supportive and professional

Cons

Do not follow their own contractual terms or follow legalities on HR related issues; such as not offering a company witness during investigations, not providing fair and thorough investigations by not speaking to all relevant employees and not giving employees the opportunity to put their case forward or the right to appeal. HR are not suitably qualified/trained to deal with complex issues or conduct full and proper investigations or disciplinaries. Do not follow their own company values of treating people fairly.
