Decent pay Good discount Resources in stores are great - free drinks for staff, large bathrooms with luxury toiletries and break rooms. Can be fun at times especially on busy days.

Cons

HR are cold and hostile and treat you like just another number. Rotas were always last minute so no flexibility. Commission is extremely hard to get in some stores as you need to reach target and newer stores struggle with clientele. Very high staff turnover due to lack of empathy from head office and some store management.

- Team are motivated and really care about what they do, you can learn a lot from each other - Great perks (subsidised lunches & free snacks) - Fast growing successful business - Incredible head office site

Cons

- Growth means a lot of change, constant restructuring (may even out as it settles down)
