the company size is small and not much promotion opportunities in the company. sometimes can be boring working in the store.

We understand from your post that you were unhappy being moved around between stores/concessions. Unfortunately, as it often the case when working in retail, we sometimes require employees to cover shifts in some of our other stores and concessions. This is something we are working to improve.
