Generally an enjoyable place to work with beautiful products and friendly customers Excellent Customer Service offerings Great staff discounts and Bonus Good communiation and use of technology Most people in the business very supportive and professional

Cons

Do not follow their own contractual terms or follow legalities on HR related issues; such as not offering a company witness during investigations, not providing fair and thorough investigations by not speaking to all relevant employees and not giving employees the opportunity to put their case forward or the right to appeal. HR are not suitably qualified/trained to deal with complex issues or conduct full and proper investigations or disciplinaries. Do not follow their own company values of treating people fairly.
