Great co workers, flexible schedules , easy to switched hours with others, understanding managers.

Cons

Minimum wage, no chance at a raise unless you become a department manager, you stay part time hours usually don't go over 25 even during summer time

Minimum wage Pay As far as advancement it isn't much about performance more about politics They randomly change people from full time to part time Your limited to 28 hours a week and most of the time they will try to give you 15

Cons

Low starting pay even for a sales associate position. Constant schedule changes every week can be annoying.
