Meet new people, experience a fast paced retail environment, diverse coworkers, not bad for first or part time job, pretty good pay.

Cons

Constant changing of position in store. Your never in one area. You have to get used to the fact that one day you might be in one department and the next day in another. It never gives you a chance to developer a feel for a department.
