Smaller Medical Device company that has grown quickly over the past years. The acquisition of Zonar Ultrasound product line has increased overall product quality as well as new lines of bedside monitors.

Cons

1) Leadership has not grown with the company. Unqualified and inexperienced managers are hindering the growth and professionalism of Mindray. 2) All equipment is designed and manufactured in China, given the current political and trade uncertainties with China, supply chain unstability is a concern.

Excellent employee HR benefits, Travel policy very flexible and on par with industry standards and flat hierarchy makes easy accessibility to top management

Cons

Field level employees are treated like laborers and reporting supervisor is very adamant to work on his terms only else he/she takes it personally. Lack of motivation due to high level of insecurity in job as supervisor keeps telling that every time and finally all days are working days even on Sundays employee is expected to work
