Pros
Smaller Medical Device company that has grown quickly over the past years. The acquisition of Zonar Ultrasound product line has increased overall product quality as well as new lines of bedside monitors.
Cons
1) Leadership has not grown with the company. Unqualified and inexperienced managers are hindering the growth and professionalism of Mindray. 2) All equipment is designed and manufactured in China, given the current political and trade uncertainties with China, supply chain unstability is a concern.
