There were no pros working at this company except I received a paycheck, but the stress included always made me wonder if it was worth it being employed.
Cons
Mindray does not operate like a real corporation. The company swindles to do anything to make a dollar and appear as a profitable company. The management there couldn't manage their way out of a brown paper bag. Some people have been managers for a lengthy amount of time yet they're still horrible at what they do. At Mindray people may stay in the job, but they are not motivated. No one tries to do more than the minimum. Management has created a culture of fear and distrust and shows no loyalty, respect or appreciation. I'm seriously surprised this company has the ability to make a profit and even more surprised the FDA has not put a padlock on this joint. There's a lot of employees who have worked there double digit years. If Mindray ever shuts down, I fear with all of the "nothing" they've learned at Mindray that they don't realize they are not marketable because they've been conditioned to working at a company that lacks culture, structure or vision.
