Pros
Good bonus structure, benefits and generous Car and Fuel allowance. Some very friendly and approachable members of staff.
Cons
Very clicky, senior management will look after their friends and do everything to cover their own backs and line their own pockets, not a lie, simply facts. HR management tend to make their own rules, slating and making fun of other employees misfortunes quite openly. Very 2 faced and should be ashamed of themselves.
