Pros
Great company support, managers are promoted from within and understand job. Freedom to manage your own territory as long as you do it well. Good benefits.
Cons
High pressure job, 80% travel. With freedom comes great responsibility, if you abuse it you loose it. Company will work you to death if you allow them too.
