Far too much going on behind the scenes that are not only a health risk to employees but to patients too. Very poor middle and senior management in the UK who simply haven't got a clue, including HR. The whole setup is laughable. I pity those who take the step to join the UK business. You know when people are out of their depth when management tells a normal employee that you have to manage the manager. Why on earth are these people in these management positions?
