Do not expect promotion or increment if you are of different origin. Do not expect fair performance reviews, Even when you meet / exceed your KPIs, they will find bizarre reasons like 'you do not make friends' / 'you cannot make presentations' (while you have been successfully delivering convincing business cases to global heads for your original ideas). They do not follow the law that protects your rights in GB if you are not a white person.

Great team and very supportive/kind culture Nice facilities and hybrid role Full benefits Pay isn't the lowest

Cons

Increasing days to work from the office Poorly invested technology means high customer frustration and ridiculous unnecessary scenarios Systems are outdated by decades and bureaucratic management leads nowhere change wise Staff are mostly overworked, burned out and frustrated with the inefficiency and shortstaffing Growth is linear so don't expect a raise for doing more work.

Senior management are devoid of knowledge to the lower teams tasks and practices to the point of moving employees to unemployment leading to Christmas. What a lovely family Miele are not in the UK
