It's fair to say that we are starting an agile awareness journey and as a company that is 125 years old we are looking at the culture and performance of the business for the next 125 years in order to relevant and succeed.       Terrible treatment by manager

      I was treated badly and let down by my manager after receiving some feedback. My manager just simply wanted me out after this and put together a performance appraisal that was basically made up of false aspects. My manager then wanted to arrange a meeting with HR. My manager had no interest in supporting me. I wasn’t underperforming whatsoever. At a team meeting all team members were allowed a hotel room in Abingdon, I was made to come in for the days meeting go home (about 40 minutes away) and come back in for the evening meal and go home again. I subsequently decided to leave, it was really bad.
