Great team and very supportive/kind culture Nice facilities and hybrid role Full benefits Pay isn't the lowest

Cons

Increasing days to work from the office Poorly invested technology means high customer frustration and ridiculous unnecessary scenarios Systems are outdated by decades and bureaucratic management leads nowhere change wise Staff are mostly overworked, burned out and frustrated with the inefficiency and shortstaffing Growth is linear so don't expect a raise for doing more work.
