remote work, remote work, remote work

Cons

Long hours without OT; process change every year, no continuity of knowledge transfer, a lot of turnover in the organization overall, no salary increases across organization, base salary disparity among the same level employees, bonus doesn't align with performance, everyone gets an average performance rating unless you're personally brining in high revenue, outside recruitment rather than internal promotions, and nepotism
