1. nice supervisors that actually cares 2. easygoing working culture 3. constantly connecting with different employers 4. very strong internal database and research mythology

Cons

1. bad bad work/life balance (very common in this industry which I already knew when I decided to enter, so not much complaint) 2. pay is above average but still somewhat lower in the first 2-3 years comparing to workload 3. work starts to get routine and boring after a while
