Pros

Various projects, when you like working with a PM, they tend to ask you on their projects so it's nice. The events were nice and some PM didn't hesitate to spoil us.

Cons

Long hours, sometimes you need to do something for the next day so you need to work at night. A lot of work and responsibilities for a small pay compared to the PM who were sometimes doing little on a project. I was probably doing around 60h/week, without OT paid. There wasn't a big cohesion between people. The software used were also a nightmare.
