Pros

The culture is great and the desire to continue to push forward and improve is there.

Cons

There are some hurdles that need to be addressed that shouldn't have to be but I don't feel it is any different at other companies.

Pros

My Coworkers are great and you can work from home from time to time.

Cons

Lots of empty promises. Room for growth is limited. Base compensation is low and they try and convince you overtime will make up for it, until overtime is cut.
