Pros

- Decent pay and benefits - Non-monotonous work tasks (plenty of)

Cons

- No work/life balance - Too much of Attrition and no proper retention plans - Non employee centric - Takes credit of others work and at the same-time reward you by giving you more overtime, too much of micro-management - Very minimal growth opportunity

There hasn't been many raises given each year and the salary offered is low when compared to competitors.

The people there are great, and management is committed to making sure their employees are well trained for the lines of business.

Cons

I have personally not received many pay increases for annual reviews, and the benefits that are offered are not always clear.
