One time shopping allowance upon hiring Great sales and supervisors The company has great social media presence so it’s easy to hire on a sales/stylist level. Many in store events Store Managers/ASM’s get along really well

Cons

Corporate leaders lack effective communication and can be difficult to work for Behind the scenes of in store events are organized chaos No work/life balance due to disorganization/last minute communication from corporate Despite recruiting saying set off days on hire, this is not actually true. No work from home days Constant turnover

Mejuri has a lot of potential - consumers like the purpose and mission and there are some strong products that have brought people in with affordable pricing. Mejuri continues to operate like an up and coming brand buying customers digitally and it’s not paying off as much, with new competitors offering similar products.

Cons

Lacks basic leadership skills - exec leaders don’t show up to meetings regularly which screams either lack of respect or poor leadership skills. They don’t provide clear scope of work or the realistic resources to deliver on what’s needed, nor do they have an understanding or experience with what it takes (time, strategy, process, expertise) to get things done. And then they pass the misses off as a employee problems versus any of the above.
