The company does well to be considerate of its employees wellbeing, especially after a year like this. Feedback is pretty fair, and over all I get the sense that the company really cares about me.

Implicit trust, they want to see you succeed, they nurture your strengths and figure out ways to use your strengths, they encourage you to be who you are and to share your opinion, they appreciate you, no one micromanages anyone, they go out of their way to make the office experience the best it can possibly be, they are honest and transparent
