      Implicit trust, they want to see you succeed, they nurture your strengths and figure out ways to use your strengths, they encourage you to be who you are and to share your opinion, they appreciate you, no one micromanages anyone, they go out of their way to make the office experience the best it can possibly be, they are honest and transparent

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
