Some colleagues are lovely to work with.

Cons

Really poor treatment of staff. Below average pay. Bad contract conditions, especially for staff on part-time contracts (most people are as they don’t like to give out full-time contracts). General lack of support.

This is a fairly new company so they are open to suggestions and you learn a lot about jewelry. It’s a nice aesthetic!

Cons

I do wish I was able to acquire the pay that I requested. Negotiate if you can.
