Thank you for sharing your perspective. We take any reports of harassment or bullying with the utmost seriousness, as they go against everything we stand for. While these specific incidents haven’t been brought to our attention, we strongly encourage you to share them via peopleops@mejuri.com can investigate and take appropriate action. Regarding the "turbulence" you mentioned—you’re right. Rapid growth has brought real challenges. Scaling our store footprint has been a steep learning curve, and we acknowledge that our support systems haven’t always kept pace with that speed. We are working hard to bridge the gap between our retail teams and corporate through our "Your Take" surveys to ensure operational decisions are shaped by the people on the ground. We are committed to getting this right. If you’re open to it, I would value the chance to hear more of your specific feedback directly via LinkedIn or email. — Kate Railton Chief People Officer

Worst company ever

Pros

The salary is pretty good for certain roles

Cons

Culture is terrible, they expect you to go above and beyond for them but they don't even give you the basic needs in return. Upper management is so far removed from the realities of day to day running of the business. Everyone who works there is miserable and wants to leave, it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my career.

Pros

If you have good management team, you will have a seamless time day-to-day. Working experience truly will depend on personalities of the people on your team.

Cons

The company feels more focused on opening new locations while putting pressure on front-end retail teams instead on strengthening the foundation of what they have running. Communication between corporate and retail is difficult, as constant updates and changes with short-period "due dates" add onto stress of retail workers already managing customer-facing experiences with limited staffing. Many responsibilities that used to be managed by warehouse and customer service teams have instead been added to retail-side teams, and there is limited room for growth in said retail-side positions.
