Pros
If you have good management team, you will have a seamless time day-to-day. Working experience truly will depend on personalities of the people on your team.
Cons
The company feels more focused on opening new locations while putting pressure on front-end retail teams instead on strengthening the foundation of what they have running. Communication between corporate and retail is difficult, as constant updates and changes with short-period "due dates" add onto stress of retail workers already managing customer-facing experiences with limited staffing. Many responsibilities that used to be managed by warehouse and customer service teams have instead been added to retail-side teams, and there is limited room for growth in said retail-side positions.
