Constant fear of layoffs/Job uncertainty Executive turnover Archaic software Barely anyone sells anything - long implementation, lack of internal alignment/sense of urgency, professional services/implementation is a huge investment, but you don’t get comped on it (this can make up over half the cost of the deal) Crowded/competitive space - Medallia is expensive in comparison to other vendors so proving the value is challenging
