They seem to resign weekly but still some great, hard working people here.

Lack of clear leadership and alignment at the top. Priorities shift frequently, and the CEO and broader executive team often appear disconnected on what actually matters. The mission feels blurred, and people across the organization are confused about strategy, ownership, and long-term direction. Transparency is limited, and decisions often feel reactive rather than intentional

Great work life balance, unlimited PTO and fair compensation.

Cons

The new Executive team that has been brought in over the last year haven't really changed anything, besides Sid. It's quite clear that the CX market isn't worth what it used to be, and Qualtrics has been winning business by just undercutting severely (good luck to those customers, as it's an overpromise and under delivery every time we hear feedback). There isn't a successful plan to win new business, there's no Exec to Exec deals being signed, and it looks like Medallia is dying a slow death unfortunately.

Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
