Pros

A fantastic culture that immediately makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Cares deeply for its employees. Doing it right is more important than cutting corners to do it fast. Happy, productive and highly competent coworkers. Flat organizational structure. Excellent compensation, benefits and paid time off.

Cons

The interview process can be lengthy and may (incorrectly) feel somewhat elitist. Only healthy and organic food available in the kitchen.

* Very kind people - always willing to help out one another, both at and outside of work * A good product - something to be proud of * Flexibility - open to very unique arrangements to accommodate personal situations * A small, rapidly growing company which means plenty of opportunities for growth * Really great benefits - unusually high vacation amount, good health insurance options, 401(k), etc.

Cons

* Long hours in client services positions * Lack of repeatable processes from sudden rapid growth means lots of reinventing the wheel and repeating mistakes. * Minimal structured feedback * Inefficient decision making, typical of family run businesses
