- The culture and people are great

Cons

- Senior management lacks the ability to agree on decisions and objectives. People have good ideas but are not united. - Group think dominates the culture. - No career development. - This is a fake silicon valley company. By that I mean the "product" is truly a service and requires a lot of consulting. Which can be frustrating if you are a tech / software person.

Great leadership. Great culture. Great product. Proud to be a Medallian. This company has the most coveted names as our customers; Apple, Nike, Lego, Nordstorm, Mercedes, Four Seasons, Sephora, eBay, Facebook, and many many many more. Why? Because we drive results and it the system works.

Cons

Competitors constantly undercut pricing and promise things they can't deliver. Common theme is that if we don't win a deal the first time around, we'll surely see them later after the competitor fails. Need to become better at selling the value of a successful program the first time around.
