      Pros

      It's a good learning environment, and a technology oriented company. You always have a say in every feature you work on.

      Cons

      Since this is a young company, training and carrer paths are not yet very clear, but I hope this will change in the near future.

      Pros

      A very committed and passionate ownership and senior management team. They truly want to make an impact on the lives of employees and our customers. Genuine is an understatement - a rare find in this world.

      Cons

      usual problems associated with fast-growth companies. Sometimes lines of communication and work responsibility can get blurred. Not a company for people who are resistant to change or want the status quo.

      Pros

      The work is interesting, it pays well, and it's a great company atmospher. Interning at Medallia was definitely a good decision.

      Cons

      No significatn downsides. Only thing I can think of is sometimes it's a little bit hard to get oriented with respect to the code, the infrastructure, etc.
