Pros
To sell other organizations on the idea of improving their customer and employee experience, Medallia focuses on doing just that for its own customers and employees. It's wildly refreshing to be surrounded by a majority of employees who are rockstars at what they do. Selling the industry-leading platform makes life easy as well.
Cons
As Medallia gets more comfortable operating as a public company there have been and will continue to be growing pains with regards to internal operating cadence.
