      Pros

      Overall this is a good company to work for. After over 5 years I have my complaints, but it says something that I haven't left. Great development opportunities, good leaders, good benefits.

      Cons

      In professional services, you're expected to play a lot of different roles. Sometimes it feels like we have to do everything for our clients and wear too many hats.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
