Pros
Great place to learn and go beyond what you know. You'll always be challenged and you'll always helped too. The code reviews are tough but they will make you grow for sure. Everyone knows a lot. Great care from management to employees. For guys in Argentina, it will definitely connect you to the world of Syllicon Valley and take you to the next level as a software engineer.
Cons
There are growing pains and the company is leaving the startup phase into becoming a big company with more "management" which takes some fun out of it (if you love startups). Though many ways to grow horizontally, not so many ways to grow vertically and the trend is to bring managers from outside.
