No Pros. If I could give this company less than 1 star I would.

Cons

If you appreciate your life do not work here. This was the worst company I've ever worked for. I've never saw management treat employees the way they do here. If you like to be belittled and treated like less than person than this is the job for you. I knew it was bad when HR warned me of who I'd be working for. Pure evil. HR only cares about how much their corporate people are making, they do not care about the support staff. So close to suing them, I have emails to prove it! Get out while you can!

Location is near my house. The commission is great if you're linked into the ole' boy network!

Cons

Just about everything. Someone get me outta here! This old world manner of running a business just doesn't work anymore. It's antiquated, they look over your shoulder at every moment and most people here are just...miserable. Most departments are a joke. Human resources and marketing have no imagination and the HR folks are just plain nasty-acting. The non-technology is so old and seldom works. Getting reimbursed for expenses after spending your own money to work in other states (and sometimes other countries takes 60+ days!) Who can afford that? Putting lipstick on a pig doesn't change it - it is still a boar and a bore!

Pros

I would love to share some great reasons why you would want to work her but I can not think of any. There are so many employees that they are completely out of touch.

Cons

Not a company to learn the business. No formal training program. Bonuses are based upon billable time; therefore, no one is willing to give up work or take time to help train a new employee. Communication is horrible at best. Corporate has no idea what is going on at the Branch level as they only rely upon the BM to provide feedback.
