Pros

There are many many great people at McLarens but also many others that ruin things for everyone.

Cons

Some people are nice and hard working. Others are micro-managers, pessimistic, constantly negative and worse. You are belittled if you don't work 60+ hour weeks. ZERO work-life balance.

Pros

Salary and bonus program is competitive. Health benefits are better than most companies. Up to date technology. Remote work environment.

Cons

Training is non existent. No one will help you because they are afraid of missing time to add for the bonus program and you are perceived as their competition. Unprofessional environment- the folks that are higher up behave poorly, insult support staff and adjusters below their titles . These same "executives " use language in the office like they are in a bar. People simply walk out or just give notice.

The environment was nice and laid back.

Cons

No training, just expects you to know. no Knowledge sharing. The upper management has a their way or the highway mentality, and are quick to point fingers if something breaks. no reward for going above and beyond. If upper management does not like you they will find a way to get rid of you.
