Cons

Where do we begin: Bad Managers No Vision whatsoever No succession planning it happens through whims Lots of OT and no pay that's illegal

Pros

Getting to work with some wonderful coworkers who have become friends outside of work. Benefits are competitive and there are some options to choose from.

Cons

Top heavy and departments operate in silos without considering other working functions of the firm. Executive board is not diverse. Promotion is based on friendship and not actual merit. No compensation for overtime. Huge turnover rate because the good employees are overlooked.

Worst culture I've ever experienced A lot of mass firings No transparency Overworked Unfair compensation TERRIBLE HR and Senior Management CEO is rude, swears at people, demeans employees in front of their reports, yells at people and tries to create a culture by making people fear him.
