Pros

Wonderful coworkers. Flexible hours. Management is great and encouraging. If you work hard, you have a positive attitude, and are flexible with picking up extra shifts, they will keep you on.

Cons

Not many cons. It’s truly a great place to work. It doesn’t pay a lot, but after 6 months you get a raise to $10 per hour.

- They are very flexible with schedules, well at my location - Dress code was lax - Customer Service

Cons

- Pay was horrible. They try to get as much done with part-time workers as possible - Management has favorite and they're disconnected from what's actually going on in the store. Scheduling is also very hard if you're new and you're not in the IN crowd -Pushing the TJX credit cards are very tough. Managements get mad when you don't receive anytime. -Micro-management -Sink or Swim environment -No good training (employees new)

Coworkers were great. I enjoyed the store overall.

Cons

The mangement was awful and did not care about the employees. Some of the hours were not as they seemed. For example, we were told we would be there until 10 when the reality was 11:30 or midnight. Offered a lower pay than similar stores.
