Pros
- They are very flexible with schedules, well at my location - Dress code was lax - Customer Service
Cons
- Pay was horrible. They try to get as much done with part-time workers as possible - Management has favorite and they're disconnected from what's actually going on in the store. Scheduling is also very hard if you're new and you're not in the IN crowd -Pushing the TJX credit cards are very tough. Managements get mad when you don't receive anytime. -Micro-management -Sink or Swim environment -No good training (employees new)
