Pros

Hybrid hours, good team, good office location with a water view in CBD, social events in the office, good place to gain cruise industry knowledge and skills. Good for juniors or pensioners.

Cons

Low salary, no bonuses or incentives, no commission on sales. Poor management. Can be poor work-life balance if you need follow up on things as all requesf go through head office who start work when you finish (time difference) Limited growth opportunities. No feedback or proper performance review. Outdated working procedures. The system can't handle company's needs in full. High staff turnover. Itineraries are changing all the time meaning you need to redo many things. Poor goal setting or planning. Other teams try to put more work on you.
