Pros

Its a cruise line so I am able to deal with a diverse clientele of people. I enjoy the customer service aspect of it.

Cons

Its a cruise line and with luxury people expect alot from the company and the employees. Often times their complaints about their experience is unjustified.

Pros

Excellent company to learn the trade and industry. Good experience on the floor. Good Knowledge base. Room to learn Employees are really good people willing to go the extra mile

Cons

Good Old Italian network High level Management position (COO, Finance and HR) will not be given to Americans only to people brought from Italy. Soft Management team in the USA Low pay for non management employees Horrible supervisors Talent search based on pay for such talent is weak Take it or leave it attitude from Management Lack of empowerment by Management to the employees Micromanagement
