      Opportunities for work travel. International teams. Great HQ location, lots of employee benefits. The CEO is a great person.

      Cons

      Very slow in adapting to new technologies/opportunities. Lots of bureaucracy. Rarely (if any) opportunities for career development.

      Hybrid structure offers flexibility and saves on commute and gas bill.

      Cons

      Small size company with a high turnover in the customer service department, Management is very cut and dry and does not care much, Family benefits are outrageously expensive. This company does not value good employees..
