      Toxic Place -Run Away!!!!!

      Really can't find any pros .... maybe a new building and some coffee.

      Cons

      low salary compared to other companies in the industry. Toxic Management. Few benefits THE WORST HR IN THE WORLD!!!! Literally very sneaky and tough people. Few development opportunities, you'll remain in same role forever. Depressing work environment and no fun. You feel like everybody is old and they got enough of life.

      International company. Friendly colleagues. Clean offices.

      Cons

      Micromanagem is a big problem, Senior management has a lot of power in the company. There is no clear structure to give „small“ engineers the chance to make decisions in the projects. It‘s very frustrating. They don’t have a „betriebsrat“. So you don’t even have the chance to talk about it with someone without being afraid to get fired. I quit at the right time without getting any problems but I can‘t recommend this company to anyone who has visions for their career.
