Very poor management - Engineer MED-EL Employee Review

Micromanagem is a big problem, Senior management has a lot of power in the company. There is no clear structure to give „small“ engineers the chance to make decisions in the projects. It‘s very frustrating. They don’t have a „betriebsrat“. So you don’t even have the chance to talk about it with someone without being afraid to get fired. I quit at the right time without getting any problems but I can‘t recommend this company to anyone who has visions for their career.
